How does it all work?
The unique Spark process has been designed to help you take your life to the next level. To find out more click here.
When you become a subscribed member of Spark,the first thing that will happen is that we will arrange a one-on-one session for you with one of our experienced coaches.
During this session, you will set at least one inspirational and motivational goal.
Our aim at Spark is to provide you with the resources you need to achieve your goals in the quickest and easiest way possible.
Your membership entitles you to FREE admission to our Spark meetings on a weekly basis or as often as you would like.
When you come to a Spark meeting you will mix with people in a similar situation to yourself- i.e. they all have a desire to improve their lives and are also actively working on goals.
