Session 1
You will set a clear goal for your business using our unique formula and come away from the session knowing that you now have a clear direction for your business.
In order for any coaching business to be successful, it requires a niche or specialisation to be focusing on. Using our ‘Business Niche Finder System’ you will quickly discover what your ideal niche is and will develop your ‘Elevator Pitch’ so that you can quickly and concisely explain it to prospective clients
Session 2
You will take the goal you set in session 1 and break it down into ‘bite-size chunks’. This will leave you feeling “Yes, I can do this”.
Together with your coach you will establish what resources are required for your business, including the ‘internal resources’ you may need to develop your business.
You will also together develop a ‘SWOT’ analysis for your business, a process which allows you to focus on your Strengths, minimise your Weaknesses, capitalise on any Opportunities and take action against any potential Threats.
Session 3
This session is about getting to know your USP or Unique Selling Proposition- what makes YOU different from other coaches and why clients would want to buy your coaching services.
With your coach, you will determine what coaching packages you will be offering and what services you will be providing for your clients. You will get to understand your clients ‘needs’ and ‘wants’.
In addition you will develop the Success Circle or Life Wheel which is ideal for your particular client niche.
Session 4
This session is all about marketing. You will make an action plan for getting business from your market niche clients and will come away with the first stages of a marketing plan for your coaching business.
How Does It Work?
Over a two month period, you will have four one-on-one coaching sessions with a New Insights Certified Master Coach, each session lasting an hour. After each session you will work on the actions you have agreed with your coach.
